Mr. Larry Scott, Sr. of Millington, TN , transitioned Saturday, August 28, 2021. Public walk-through to be held Friday, September 3, 2021, 12:00 P.M.- 7:00 P.M. at Barlow Funeral Home , 205 N Main St, Covington, TN 38019 . Funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 4, 2021, 11:00 A.M. at St. Stephens Missionary Baptist Church, 3827 TN-3, Covington, TN 38019. Interment immediately following at Kings Hill Church Cemetery, 123 King Hill Church Rd, Covington, TN 38019.

In accordance with local, state and federal guidelines, face masks/coverings are recommended. Social Distancing will be required.

  3. My dear UNK Larry. You were a man who brought and helped keep our family together throughout the years. You always had love for everyone and helped who needed help. Most of all you loved the Lord and displayed it all the time for the world to know. I will miss you saying,”Nephew”. To my family he would want us to keep being and doing things together and loving each other and I know he would want who doesn’t know the Lord to come and know the Lord.

    The way you touched my life is unexplainable. I will miss you beyond words. I thank God for placing you in my life. You were one of the most supportive people in my life and I will miss our talks and your laugh. I thank you for all your advice and guidance. I am so broken in this moment but I know you are watching over the family and your at peace. I love you so much Uncle Larry and it is NEVER goodbye but see you later.

So many memories I have to cherish like you coming to get the biggest plate in the kitchen saying Sis I don’t do paper plates ? and parking in my grass when I say don’t ?.
