  1. Mr Floyd will be truly missed. I remember the many encouraging phone conversations that we had and at the end of each conversation, you always told me that you loved me. “If the people we love are stolen from us, the way to have them live on is to never stop loving them.” Love You Mr Floyd.

“Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted.”

  2. Uncle Floyd was a family man. He loved his family! But, he was also a man of God! I know he’s in heaven watching over us! He loved joking around. There was always a smile on his face. There’s nothing in this world he wouldn’t do for his fellow man. Uncle, it saddens me to see you go but I can rejoice in knowing you are in no more pain and it comforts me knowing you are in heaven with the Lord. Much love uncle! You will forever live in my heart ❤️!

  6. Farwell my ‘ole friend.

Remembering the times we had growing up on Walton Loop, your first car, that was big.
    It didn’t run too well.
You and I would ride uptown, and You would have to get the tools out to tweak it and we would go on our way.

The best of times as we were young boys growing up.

We would get together over the years after I left for Michigan and it would be just as we left it!

The last visit, Frazier reunion before the pandemic where we laughed and talked until 4:00 am and bid each other a “goodbye”.

    RIH my friend.

My the Lord provide comfort to the family.

  7. Farewell classmate. My husband and I will miss you stopping by and talking with us. You would tell us about my husband’s brother Albert and the good times y’all had everytime you went to Milwaukee. You both would talk about getting those hair cuts from Mr Olie, and the history about the family that you and he are connected. You were a great friend to us.Rest on Floyd, you will always be in our memories.

A good man and good friend.
There was nothing in this world you wouldn’t do to help a fellow man.
We had a lot of fun sitting on the tailgate on back of the truck. Laughing and talking.

    Rest well my friend.
