I am so very sorry to hear about the passing of Ms. Ware. She was one of my favorite teachers at Crestview Elementary School. My condolences to the family. She was one fun lady in school. She definitely had a great impact on me. Sending all my love to the family.
Ms. Ware was my first teacher when my family moved to Covington and in my heart will always be my favorite. And even after 2nd grade she took care of me after school when my parents needed a babysitter. I will miss her deeply for all the time we spent together.
“Her children (students) shall rise and cal her blessed”: Miss Ware loved, cared for and taught thousands of children during her years of teaching. These children respected Miss Ware and she respected them. The world is a MUCH better place because of her wisdom and love! Fly high, my comrade!
Cousin Anna Lue was one of my favorite role models in education. Her style of teaching was that of being firm, fair, and caring. I will forever cherish the visits and times that I spent helping to care for her. She is at peace now.

I know all the words about her are true. Those Ware ladies were some of the sweetest I know. I can never forget Mrs Ruby Heaston; she was my favorite when I was in grammar School.Mrs Nannie Johnson was a sweetheart as well. I’ve known them forever. That was so long ago. I’m not surprised at the kinds words being said. My heart and Condolences goes out to the family. I love and Pray for you.
Ms. Ware was a beautiful and classy lady. She really loved teaching. She was my elementary school teacher, my friend, and my colleague. I learned a lot from her. She loved her family, her friends, and her students, but most of all she loved God. I will miss her. Love and praying for the family.

To the Ware Family
So very sorry to hear about Ms. Ware’s passing. I often thought about her through the years because she was indeed a very dear and special lady to me. And yes, she was my favorite grade school teacher, also. She used to call her students “Dolls”. When in essence, she was the Doll! She was so very caring, lovely, special in so many ways. I used to love to see all the beautiful outfits she would wear and the love and attention she showed to her class. Even after all these years, I have held onto very fond memories of her. To her family, I know you will miss her as we all will. Just know that Heaven has another Angel in their midst. My sincerest condolences to you all. Love, Teresa Elam
Ms.Ware and Mrs. Gibson were my first teachers at Plummer Grove Elementary with two rooms. All of us were taught and loved it. No fighting was done there. Everyone was family. Anyone else who went to Plummer Grove send a shout out. Will miss my first teacher. Love Kathleen Elam Jackson.
To the family:
Miss Ware was a JEWEL. It was always a pleasure to be in her presence. Miss Ware was my 3rd grade teacher at Plummer Grove and it was a Joy, but I knew her before attending there. Miss Ware, Mrs. Gibson and Mrs. Stanton were the teachers and each Loved their children as their own. These are the memories of a Lifetime. Now, it is time to take your rest. Love Always
Aunt Lu Lu touched my life in so many ways. I came into her life as her caregiver. I had no idea that I was gaining a bonus family. She was my little lady. We created so many memories that I will cherish for the rest of my life. Mrs. Jackie said I spoiled her. She loved pamper day where I would polish her nails and wash and style her hair. She was a true diva. All the pictures, laughs and conversations we had that put a smile on your face. Aunt Lu Lu (little lady) I will miss you so much. I know that you loved God and you are with him now. Mrs. Jackie and Mr. Jeff thank you so much for welcoming me with open arms. I love you guys.
Condolences to the family of Miss Ware, will be praying asking God to comfort & keep you. Miss Ware was my first teacher and I loved her, she was so beautiful and kind. Those were good times at Plummer Grove because of the wonderful teachers we had. She & Mrs. Gibson would give us a ride to school sometime, if we missed the bus. Mom always liked to bake Sweet potato pies for them, Mrs. Gibson would be so excited & thankful.
Rest in Peace Miss Ware, God has taken one of His precious Angels home into Eternal Rest.
God only knows how you were a true mentor /mother like figure towards me while we taught school. I thank you for your guidance, kindness, positive mindset views, and all the above. I will never forget you Ms. Ware! Love Yvette O.
